Python has a range of under-graduate and post-graduate accommodation for students of Teesside and Durham Universities.
These include apartments from 1 to 5 beds, and town houses from 2 to 12 beds. All within walking distance of campus
Whatever the location, type or size, the philosophy remains the same. We aim to provide smart and stylish accommodation, backed up by first rate, friendly service and attention to detail.
• Accommodation
Ikea furniture, double beds, power showers and central heating. When Python buys a house to convert to student use it typically spends around £20,000 to bring it up to Python's standards.
• Service
We treat our students as professional clients. This starts with your reception in our office and extends to such items as our 24 hour call out system, cleaning service, dedicated in house maintenance team and experienced approved contractors. Python has the highest staff to student ratio of any student landlord.
• Safety & certification
All properties are fully equipped, certificated and inspected on a regular basis, well in excess of statutory requirements. Python has Investor in People approval meaning that we spend time and resources training our people to a high standard. We also have ISO9001 (an international recognition of quality management systems) certification, meaning that all our systems are inspected and approved by Lloyds of London. We are the only student landlord to have this rating.
• Security
Python houses have burglar alarms, 5 lever mortice locks, rear window bars. We work closely with the police, street wardens, resident groups etc to ensure that our houses are the most secure in the area.
• Value
We believe Python offers the best value for money for the quality of service and accommodation provided.
• Party...
Every year Python organises a party for all of their student tenants. The last one had a free bar all night at a local well known venue. A fantastic time was had by all!
